Led by Simon, a qualified cabinet maker with more than two decades of industry experience, the business is built on technical capability, strong leadership and dependable project delivery.
Simon began his apprenticeship in 2001 with Hedley’s Joinery, progressing through the company into a management role where he was responsible for quoting, securing and coordinating larger commercial and domestic projects.
After more than a decade in the trade, Simon established and operated his own CrossFit business in Mareeba. It was here that he strengthened his leadership, operational management and team-building skills. He fell in love with Mareeba — the community, the pace and the people — and chose to base his future here.
When COVID restrictions forced the closure of the gym, Simon returned to cabinetry, initially taking on local projects. Through reputation, reliability and quality workmanship, demand quickly grew into the thriving commercial joinery business it is today.

We deliver on our promises. Every project is completed to specification and on schedule.
We understand the standards required for commercial, medical, and government projects.
We build joinery that performs for years, using quality materials and proven techniques.
We work closely with builders, architects and project managers to deliver exceptional results.
Our fully-equipped workshop on Slade Street in Mareeba is where every piece of cabinetry comes to life. From precision cutting to final finishing, we control the entire manufacturing process in-house.
This means tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and the flexibility to handle complex custom requirements that larger operations can’t accommodate.

A significant portion of our work takes place in live, operational environments — schools during term, medical centres with active patients, hotels during trading hours. We understand the unique demands this brings.
Our team is experienced in minimising disruption, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and coordinating with site managers to ensure seamless installation without impacting daily operations.
We follow all site safety requirements and maintain current white cards and relevant safety certifications.
We plan installations around operating hours and coordinate timing to reduce impact on staff and customers.
We work directly with builders, project managers and site supervisors to stay aligned with the construction schedule.
