Approval & Scheduling

Once approved, your project is scheduled into production. Materials are ordered and a timeline confirmed.

Step 06

Manufacture

All joinery is manufactured in our Mareeba workshop with quality checks throughout the production process.

Step 07

Installation

Our team delivers and installs all joinery on site. Clean, professional finish with a final walkthrough.

01 How long does a typical project take?

From initial contact to installation, please allow a minimum of 6–8 weeks. This includes quoting, material ordering, manufacture, and scheduling. We’ll provide a specific timeline during the quoting phase.

02 Do you work with builders and project managers?

Yes. We coordinate directly with builders, project managers and site supervisors to align our installation with the construction program and site readiness.

03 Can you handle larger commercial projects?

Absolutely. Larger commercial projects or custom material selections may require extended lead times. We provide detailed schedules and can stage deliveries to suit the construction program.

04 What areas do you service?

We are based in Mareeba and predominantly service Cairns and surrounding regions across Far North Queensland, including Atherton Tablelands, Port Douglas, Innisfail, and Mission Beach.

05 Do you provide quotes for free?

However for faster quoting we recommend contacting our designer Rodney

06 Can you supply flat-pack only without installation?

Yes. We offer both supply-only (flat-pack) and full supply-and-install options. This gives flexibility for builders managing their own trades or remote project locations.

07 What happens if materials are delayed?

We communicate any supply chain impacts immediately and work with you to adjust timelines. We maintain strong supplier relationships to minimise delays wherever possible.

08 Do you work in live, operational environments?

Yes. A significant portion of our work is in live environments — schools, medical centres, hotels. We plan installations to minimise disruption and maintain clean, safe work areas.
